Gluten Free Kuchen Bars

I was so pleased to get this recipe as most recipes make 80 or more little pies and I did not want so much.

Kuchen Bars
Crust: ¼ c Crisco ½ sugar
¼ c butter 1 egg
½ tsp vanilla 1 c gf flour mix
Topping: fruit of your choice 4 eggs
1 ¾ c cream 1 ½ c sugar 1 tbsp gf flour
Mix crust ingredients & put into greased 9x13 pan. Top with fruit of your choice or use cottage cheese. Mix rest of ingredients and spoon or pour fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 30-40 min at 350.
